Successfully directed the Project Management Team to execute the entire project with a peak staff of 1200 and 3M+ hours. Over the project lifecycle 30,000 tons of structural steel, 20,000 lineal meters of pipe, 600,000 lineal meters of cable, and over 16000 terminations formed a major part of the scope of work.
The scope of work also included the full project Logistics Contract including
- Truck
- Ship
- Train
- Unloading & Storage
- Management of all laydown yards
- Delivery to the workface of all contractors.
The Non-Manual Staff peaked at 120 and managed the development of Work Packaging, Project Controls, Planning & Scheduling, Quality, and Safety plans for the project, as well as a comprehensive completion and turnover program.
